Assistance in Daily Life, Health and Wellbeing
Essential Personnel will work with you and assist you to improve your practical skills in areas, such as:

Cooking
Healthy eating and menu choices
Gardening
Budgeting
Household cleaning
Accomodation & Personal Support
Essential Personnel have facilities which can be used as a hub for supports and services.

NDIS Supported Independent Living services.
Giving your carers a break
Support and assistance to prepare, plan and accompany you on holidays and breaks
Daytime and/or overnight supports in or out of home
Essential Personnel can assist you in a co-operative and supportive manner to achieve as much independence as possible in your day-to-day living.

Transition to work options

Essential Personnel believes that there is a place for everyone in our community, and would love to assist you to access a number of social and community based activities and groups including:
Gym
Sporting activities and/or groups
Horticulture
Outings (Zoo, cinema, concerts, discos)
Lawn Bowls
Ten Pin Bowling
Horse riding
Social events including BBQs, games nights, bingo, quiz nights, pool and darts.
Specialised classes and groups such as floristry, music, photography and art.
Any other innovative dreams and ideas that you may have.

Essential Personnel have 30 years’ experience working with people to find and maintain employment. We have the skills, experience and networks to assist in the exploration of employment options. We will work with you to find how your skills, interests and hobbies, can help you find meaningful employment. Opportunities which are suited to you as an individual, anytime in your life. Even if you are still at school.

Am I eligible to get your service?
Any individual with a disability can receive services and supports from Essential Personnel.
How do I pay?
Most participants have either an NDIS plan or a plan from Department of Communities, Disability Services. However you can pay for supports on a fee for service, private arrangement with Essential Personnel.
