Local, face-to-face Support Coordination
Our Support Coordinators are based locally in Perth Metro, Northam, Moora and Merredin. They serve customers in and around these areas and strongly believe in the value of regular face-to-face contact with customers where needed.

- Understand and use you NDIS plan to pursue your goals
- Connect you with NDIS providers, community, mainstream and other government services
- Build your confidence and skills to use and coordinate your supports.
