Our very own CEO, Dawn McAleenan, was recently awarded as a Business News 40 Under 40 Winner!

It was great to see her proudly representing Essential Personnel, championing the cause of equality for female and young directors, and challenging the perceptions and stereotypes around disability.
 
The Business News 40 Under 40 Awards recognises and celebrates the states leading entrepreneurs, innovators and future business leaders under the age of 40. At Essential Personnel, we strongly believe in diversity within leadership, and love breaking down the common misconceptions held around the way people work and what they are capable of.

A message from Dawn, CEO:

This month we ventured over to Merredin with a photographer in tow, to capture what our customers consider their “favourite thing about Merredin”. These photos will soon be displayed throughout Merredin for all to see. On the 1^st May 2021 we will also be hosting a fun community event with a sausage sizzle, treasure map and even prizes to give away. I’ll be there and I look forward to seeing you there too. 

Also earlier this month, our Property Care Program commenced a new contract for the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development in Northam. Some of our staff volunteered to help the Property Care Team clear the land, allowing them to start with a blank canvas. Great job to all involved!
