Sandy commenced with Essential Personnel in June 2013 as a support worker and has since completed her Certificate III in Disability. Prior to Essential Personnel Sandy worked as an Education Assistant and provided educational support to students with disabilities in a school setting.
Sandy believes Essential Personnel operates from a caring environment and is open to innovative ideas to benefit its individuals with disabilities. She leads by example and is always willing to help other staff to find ways to maximise opportunities for growth in individuals. Sandy believes everyone brings their own set of skills and passions and to harness this will achieve positive results. Her desires for the individuals are simple; learn, grow and be the best ‘YOU’ you can be. Our staff will help, guide and allow you to do for yourself whatever you are able to do at this point in time always for an eye to the future.
