Matthew joined Essential Personnel in 2022. Matthew has extensive experience in employment services and has been involved in various tender processes during these times. He was a part of successful bids with Communicare to secure DES and TTW contracts for the first time and part of the team that gained the first WFD Coordinator contract and job active when it replaced the existing JSA contract.
Matthew was also a key member at PCYC when it renewed its ‘Stepping Stones’ project with the Department of Education in Northam.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Psychology (minor in Indigenous Studies).
