Les has been a Board member since 2016.
He is a recently retired business owner from Merredin. Previous employment included 20 years in Papua New Guinea as a school teacher, lecturer (business college) and Development Bank management.
Social/community experience have included President Clackline Progress Association, Councillor and Deputy President Shire of Northam (1995-2007) Management of a local Aboriginal Corporation (1993-2003) and employer through our Merredin business.
As the parent of an ongoing customer of Essential Personnel, Les represents families of those with disabilities. His daughter has been a customer of Essential Personnel for over 24 years.
Les has employed through business a number of persons with disabilities. He is also an active member of the Salvation Army in Northam.
