Julie joined Essential Personnel in November 2020. Prior to commencing with Essential Personnel, Julie established a sound generalist foundation of business experience at mid to senior levels in diverse cultural entities in Australia and internationally. This includes a range of industries from education, not for profit, disability, aviation, public sector/government, industry training, Government Business Enterprise, entertainment and events, and retail and merchandising.
Julie holds a Masters of Psychology Industrial and Organisational postgraduate degree from UWA. Her training as a psychologist informs her evidence-based approach to People and Culture and her passion to establish a strong foundation of skills and practices across the organisation to facilitate effective and engaging people management at all levels that add value to the business. Julie is excited to join such a collaborative, passionate and professional team at Essential Personnel.
