Paul Vivian is an experienced business and marketing leader having worked for over 33 years in the banking industry in Australia, the UK and Ireland, most recently with Bankwest as Chief Customer Officer and previously as General Manager, Products & Pricing and General Manager Brand & Marketing. He is currently studying for a PhD at Curtin University and is chairman of the WADSIH (WA Data Science & Innovation Hub) Advisory Board. Paul is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), has post-graduate diplomas in Marketing and Management and is a graduate of the Leadership WA signature programme.
Paul is dedicated to making WA a better place to live and has previously served as a board director with Diabetes WA, Volunteer Task Force and on the Advisory Board of the Bankwest Curtin Economics Centre. Paul is excited to have joined the board of Essential Personnel and to help drive better employment outcomes for people across the Wheatbelt and regional WA.
