Jodie Beeson is a modern and contemporary Consultant with more than twenty-five years of tactical and strategic experience in the human resources and employee relations space. Working across a wide and diverse range of industries including construction, mining, manufacturing, health, retail, tech start-up, transport and not for profit.
She has been engaged on multiple high-level projects including the review, development and implementation of strategic HR infrastructure, large multi-party enterprise agreement strategies, complex workplace investigations, complicated industrial relations advocacy in tribunals and other authorities, sensitive dispute, conflict and grievance resolution, negotiations with Australian trade unions and a range of employee and organisation related matters.
She has provided strategic diagnosis and advice in relation to executive remuneration, compliance obligations, risk and workplace culture and has sat on a number of consultative and advisory committees during complex negotiations and organisational reviews, audits and restructures. She is a trusted advisor at Board level and in many ‘C-Suites’ and always maintains a balanced and fair view.
Jodie has formal human resources qualifications, is a certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and most recently graduated from the Australian Labour and Employee Relations Association’s Advocacy Course.
She also enjoys volunteering as a Technical Official with Surf Lifesaving WA and considers her role as a wife to Aaron and mother to her three beautiful children (and three fur-babies) to be her biggest achievement.
