Wendy commenced with Essential Personnel in 2010. She has worked in the Human Services Disability Sector for over 18 years and has gained her Certificate IV in Human Services Disability.
Prior to Essential Personnel, Wendy worked as a social trainer and provided educational support to students with disabilities in a school setting.
Wendy aspires to bring out the best in others so their goals and aspirations can be achieved. Wendy also volunteers her time to assist with the organization of the Essential Personnel Client Social Club and enjoys this role immensely.
