Dawn McAleenan joined Essential Personnel in December 2018. She has worked predominantly in the criminal justice system, homeless services and family violence space. Over the past 13 years she has managed a range of services and programs at a national, regional and local level across the UK and now more recently in Western Australia.
Dawn’s area of interest has always been on reducing the gap of social exclusion for vulnerable clients through the design and delivery of community services within the not for profit sector.
Dawn brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, project management and evidence-based practice.
Dawn was also awarded as a 2021 Business News 40 Under 40 Winner. The 40 Under 40 Awards recognise and celebrate the states leading entrepreneurs, innovators and future business leaders under the age of 40.
