The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

If you feel unsafe or are unhappy with the quality of your supports and services – you can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission about your concerns. The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission is an independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services. It is always okay to speak up.

The Complaints Resolution and Referral Service

The Complaints Resolution and Referral Service is a free service that can help you sort out complaints if a government-funded disability employment or advocacy service is not meeting the Disability Service Standards.
